I’m a Physical Education teacher, a mum of two and an online entrepreneur. Launch You has allowed me to build a business and a brand around the things that matter most to me: my family and our lifestyle. It has reignited my passion for life, allowing me to step off my own sideline and start living.
I’ve spent over two decades as a Physical Education teacher — guiding, motivating, and showing up for others every single day. I’m also a mum to two amazing kids, and like so many women, I’ve worn a thousand hats and carried a thousand responsibilities.
But a couple of years ago, I hit a wall.
I was exhausted — physically, mentally, and emotionally.
I had no space, no time, and no energy left for me.
I realised I’d been living on autopilot — constantly giving, constantly doing — while quietly losing myself in the process.
That’s when I began to ask myself : “What do I actually want?”
What I truly longed for was:

White Line FVR was born from that deep desire. My dream online business that could give me the freedom to design my days, the flexibility to be present with my family, and the fulfillment of creating something meaningful that reflects who I am and what I value.
But, it’s more than a buisness and a brand — it’s a mission to help other mums like me step off the sidelines, rediscover their worth, and create a future filled with freedom, value, and reward.
We weren’t made to just keep going.
We were made to rise, to grow, and to thrive — with passion, purpose, and power.
MISSION
White Line FVR exists to inspire and empower midlife mums who feel burnt out, unfulfilled, and stuck on the sidelines of life.
Through transformational tools, uplifting community, and accessible pathways to online income—like affiliate marketing—we help mums rediscover their self-worth, reclaim their time, and reignite their passion.
Our mission is to guide mums back to a life filled with purpose, confidence, and choice.
We believe every mum deserves the freedom to live life on her terms—with emotional, financial, and lifestyle autonomy.

Our vision is to build a movement of mums who are no longer surviving, but thriving—leading lives of Freedom, Value, and Reward. These women are no longer burnt out and invisible; they are confident, fulfilled, financially empowered, and deeply aligned with their purpose.
Through White Line FVR, we aim to shift the narrative for midlife motherhood—from sacrifice and exhaustion to possibility and power. When mums rise, families thrive, and futures change.
WHY
Because I know the kind of exhaustion that doesn’t go away with sleep.
Because I’ve stood in the kitchen, holding it all together on the outside — while quietly breaking on the inside.
Because somewhere along the way, I stopped recognising the woman in the mirror.
And no one noticed. Not even me.
I believe every mum deserves more than survival.
More than being needed, useful, busy.
I believe we deserve to feel lit up — alive, powerful, and deeply ourselves again.
White Line FVR was born out of my own reckoning — the moment I realised I was living on the sidelines of my own life. And I couldn’t do it anymore.
This isn’t just a brand. It’s a lifeline.
For the woman who’s burnt out but not broken.
For the mum who knows there’s something more — and is finally ready to go after it.
Because burnout isn’t the end.
It’s the beginning — of freedom, purpose, and a life that finally fits.
