About White Line FVR
Ashe Strachan
FOUNDER OF WHITE LINE FVR
I’m a Physical Education teacher, a mum of two, and the founder of White Line FVR.
For most of my adult life, I did what many women do.
I showed up where I was needed, kept life moving, and handled what was in front of me.
From the outside, life looked full.
Capable. Responsible. Together.
But somewhere along the way, I realised something important was missing.
I wasn’t unhappy.
I just wasn’t fully alive in my own life anymore.
I felt capable, yet flat.
Busy, but pulled almost entirely into responsibility, routine, and what everyone else needed from me.
Life kept moving.
But I didn’t feel much inside it.
I remember asking myself:
Is this really it?
Because something in me knew there had to be more than simply managing everything.
I wanted something that pulled me back in.
Something that felt energising.
A life that generated motivation and aliveness naturally — instead of constantly chasing it in short bursts.
That realisation became the starting point for White Line FVR.
Because I knew I didn’t want to spend the rest of my life watching from the sidelines.
I wanted back in.
What I really craved:
When I first set out on this journey, I wasn’t chasing traditional success — I was searching for something deeper. I wanted to feel alive again.
White Line FVR
In sport, “white line fever” describes the shift that happens when an athlete steps over the white line and into the game.
Something switches on.
You’re no longer watching from the sidelines.
You’re fully in it.
Over time, that became a powerful way for me to understand what many women experience in life.
It’s possible to look capable on the outside — while feeling disconnected from your own momentum, energy, and aliveness inside it.
Functioning.
Managing.
Keeping everything moving.
But not really feeling inside your own life anymore.
The white line became my symbol for the moment that changes.
The moment you stop living almost entirely in maintenance mode — and step back into a life that actually pulls you forward again.
FVR stands for Freedom, Value, and Reward.
Freedom to choose how you spend your time, energy, and future.
Value in knowing your life reflects what you’re capable of — not just in what you give and carry for others, but in what you allow yourself to build, contribute, and become too.
Reward in building a life that generates energy, momentum, meaning, and possibility again.
White Line FVR exists for women who are tired of watching from the sidelines.
They want back in.
MISSION
Our mission is to help women — especially midlife mums — step off the sidelines of their own lives and back into lives that feel energising, engaging, and fully theirs again.
White Line FVR exists to support women who are capable of far more than simply managing responsibility and routine.
Women who want more than maintenance mode.
Women who want to feel pulled forward by their lives again — with energy, momentum, purpose, and possibility.
VISION
Our vision is a world where women — especially midlife mums — no longer feel disconnected from their own lives.
A world where women feel energised by their lives again.
Where responsibility and routine no longer consume their entire identity.
Where women feel engaged, capable, alive, and pulled forward by what they’re building — instead of simply managing what’s already there.
WHY
Because too many women spend years being needed by everyone else — while slowly disappearing from their own lives.
Capable women.
Committed women.
Women who carry enormous responsibility well.
But who no longer feel energised, engaged, or fully alive inside the lives they’re living.
At some point, many women realise they don’t just want to keep managing life well.
They want to feel inside it again.
Not through escape.
Not through temporary motivation.
But through building a life that naturally creates energy, momentum, meaning, and possibility again.
This is not about becoming someone new.
It’s about stepping back into the person you already know you’re capable of being.
